The pressurized flotation method is a technology that attaches fine bubbles (microbubbles) to coagulated flocs or suspended substances, allowing them to rise rapidly due to the buoyancy of the bubbles. This technology can achieve more than four times the effectiveness of sedimentation methods. Expected effects of pressurized flotation: - Removal of SS (80-95% removal) - Removal of BOD (20-50% removal) - Removal of Norhex (80-95% removal) - Removal of phosphorus (removal rate varies depending on the amount of PAC or polyferric sulfate injected) - Removal of COD (over 90% removal for suitable wastewater) - Concentration of activated sludge The key point of the pressurized flotation method is, of course, the generation of fine bubbles, but the ability to properly select chemicals and adjust pH allows for the separation and concentration of various substances. We will introduce a case where the viscosity of the aeration tank decreased due to a problem with the pressurized flotation device.

Here is a case study of implementing grease management measures at a prepared food manufacturing plant. In this facility, a problem with the pressurized flotation device caused viscosity in the aeration tank, leading to a significant amount of scum floating in the sedimentation tank. We proposed the use of our "WT-300P." We would like to introduce a case study on sludge reduction conducted at a certain delicatessen manufacturing plant. In this plant, the raw water contained a high level of fats and oils, and a pre-treatment was performed using a pressurized flotation device.
